SVB Conglomerate utilizes Lapolla’s Restoration Coating System which is designed to protect and sustain the life of both commercial and residential roofs, particularly in central Texas’ hot and humid climate. The system is offered in two different formulas, each specifically formulated to provide solutions based on a facility’s environmental and exposure challenges. The coating system is designed for all substrates, with a few exceptions, to change the way you think about solving roof problems: concrete, single-ply, asphalt shingle, galvanized metal, modified bitumen, built-up and emulsion asphalt.
RCS 5000
Premium quality, 100% acrylic elastomeric roof coating designed to provide an economical protective wear surface, reflectivity and renewability. RCS 5000 is fluid-applied and manufactured using advanced all-acrylic polymer technology and formulated with an aggressive biocide compound and fire retardants. The fully adhered seamless membrane exhibits outstanding adhesion, strength, flexibility, and water resistance. Ideal for low-slope roofs with positive drainage. Available in regular, quick-set and fastset formulas in a variety of colors, custom colors may be requested.
Thermo-Sil Silicone Elastomeric Coating
A silicone, elastomeric high-solids roof coating designed to provide a protective wear surface, reflectivity and renewability. Silicone is a moisture-cured roof coating designed to provide long-lasting performance in the most rigorous climates. Thermo-Sil resists standing water, chemical exposure, and has outstanding low temperature flexibility characteristics. Thermo-Sil is available is a low solids and high solids, low VOC formula.

The Restoration Coating System Approach
1. Inspect and evaluate existing roof condition
2. Assess potential for restoration
3. Draft custom restoration specification
4. Clean and prime roof
5. Install reinforced fabric or butyl tape to all seams and fasteners
6. Re-seal roof penetrations with tape
7. Apply the restoration coating base coat
8. Apply the restoration coating top coat
